Why Sealcoat?
Sealcoating is protecting your asphalt surface for years to come. Here in the northeast, weathering can absolutely destroy your driveway. Beyond weathering, our harsh winters effect driveways in more ways than one. Liquid from rain and snow enters small cracks formed from weathering in the asphalt. In the winter, this liquid freezes and expands the cracks. Eventually, this process will allow liquids to inhabit the gravel surface beneath the asphalt, causing a majority of issues from more cracks, to complete splits within the pavement. Sealcoating and crack filling prevents this process from occurring, and saves you the tens of thousands of dollars that it would cost to replace your driveway completely, while making it look brand new.
